Is EveScene free?

Yes. Designing your event in EveScene is free.

Who is Eve?

Eve is your EveScene design companion. Describe your event in your own words and Eve asks about the details, shows you directions to choose from and builds the one you pick inside your venue. Inside a saved design, ask Eve for a change; nothing is applied until you approve it.

What can I design?

Your whole event, inside a real venue. Set your tables with place settings, flatware, glassware and centrepieces, then add the dance floor, stage and lighting. View the result from any angle in 3D.

Are the products real?

Yes. Every item is modelled in 3D from a real product that a rental company carries or a venue has available. What you design is what can actually be supplied.

How is this different from a mood board?

A mood board shows things you like, one photo at a time. EveScene puts them together on your table, inside the actual room, using products that can really be rented.

Do I need an account?

Not to begin. Pick a city, set your table and choose a venue without one. Create a free account when you step inside your venue, so your design is saved. Eve is there once you are signed in.

Do I need to download anything?

No. EveScene runs in your web browser.

Can I get a quote?

Yes. When your design is ready, submit it from inside EveScene. Our team prices out every item on your table and sends you a quote directly.

Can I save and share my design?

Yes. Save your design to come back to anytime, and share it so others see exactly what you have planned.

Where is EveScene available?
